A company in Qatar, a company with assets totaling up to 13 billion dollars, is currently recruiting Management Trainees exclusively from premium universities. This is a full-time opportunity, and selected candidates will be on the company's payroll. Job Description
Objective
Working closely with Senior Management - Management Trainee will be responsible to conduct research and analysis to contribute to decision-making processes, assisting in the development and implementation of strategies pertaining to all aspects of our business
Role and Responsibilities
1) Active participation in various departments and functions, encouraging a holistic understanding of the organization's operations
2) Identify trends and recommend proactive or remedial action to manage business situations
3) Report market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing competitive price lists and products
4) Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability
5) Collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving results and delivering value
6) Assist in project management and implementation, under the guidance of senior management & preparing reports and presentations
7) Attend and participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required
Requirements
Master’s in business administration, management, or related field
Preferably with Freshers/1+ years of experience with demonstrated interest to learn the business
Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Flexibility to work in different departments and perform a range of tasks
Ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
